Collab House ("we", "us") builds and runs brands for creators. This policy explains what information we collect through collabhouse.studio and how we use it.
When you fill out our application or brand audit, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, social media handle, platform, follower count, niche and your answers to our questions. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you provide, under its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, for example which pages are visited, how people found us and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We use this only to improve our website and outreach. We do not use it for advertising. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers we use to run the site and communicate with you (for example Netlify for forms and hosting, Google for email and analytics, and Calendly for scheduling).
We keep application and audit details for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@collabhouse.studio. You can unsubscribe from our emails by replying with "unsubscribe".
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
